The former British colony has a very high literacy rate of 70%. This compares very favorably with India (52%) and the United States (77%).

There is a favorable wage base. There is a favorable time zone difference of 5 hours from the east coast of the United States. Ghana offers a rapidly developing telecommunications infrastructure.
